Vacuum harrow dryer, mainly used for explosive, easy to oxidize, paste material drying. Operating under high vacuum, the boiling point of the solvent decreases and the air is isolated to avoid oxidation and overheating deterioration during drying.
Applicable materials
The main structure of the rake vacuum dryer is a horizontal cylinder container with a jacket, with a low speed mixing shaft and a rake tooth arranged in a certain direction on the shaft. There are two forms of mixing shaft, one is non-heating rake tooth shaft, the other is hollow rake tooth shaft which can enter hot medium. The jacket is filled with heating medium (hot water, hot oil, steam). A quantitative wet material is added to the cylinder, and the rake shaft agitates the material to make the material heat evenly. Under the control of the time relay, the rake shaft runs according to the requirements of a certain time interval. The operation period is set by the user according to the process operating conditions of the material. The dried material in the cylinder is stirred regularly by the rake shaft until the material is dried to the process requirements. A vibrating rod is installed in the cylinder (determined by the drying characteristics of the material). With the rotation of the rake tooth shaft, the vibrating rod falls freely, and the dry material adhered to the shaft and the cylinder wall by the self-weight of the vibrating rod is vibrated. At the same time, it has the function of material. The upper part of the inner cylinder is equipped with a vacuum interface, which is connected to the vacuum system to make the dried material heated and dried under negative pressure, which can ensure that the dried material is heated at low temperature and does not destroy the physicochemical properties of the material. After the material reaches the drying requirement, open the discharge valve in the lower part of the cylinder and let the material move to the middle of the rake shaft.
Features:

7. This equipment is equipped with double-end mechanical seal, with better sealing performance.
